Kena Mail Klub is a community passion project centered around the art of human connection through handwritten letters, original hand illustrated art prints, stickers, surprise goods every month. The Klub is designed to restore the art of human connection and living intentionally. you can also write me back however you see fit.
The Klub is a limited run community project running from November 2025 to June 2026, created as a seasonal space for connection, creativity and slow joy. It’s a chapter and that’s what makes it so special.

SIGNUP GUIDE
For Kenyan members join the Kenya only tier, for International members join the International only tier.
- Tap the link, it re directs you to the membership tiers
- For Kenyan members, click JOIN on the KENYA ONLY tier and For International members, click JOIN on the INTERNATIONAL ONLY tier
- You will be prompted to log in or sign up. Use your email to sign up.
- It redirects you to payment details: supporting Card, Paypal or Apple pay. for Kenyan members, if you don’t have a bank card yet, use Global Pay (Mpesa Virtual Card) click here to see how to setup. Then use the card details to proceed.
- Address section pops up immediately after payment setup, kindly don’t skip this as that’s the only way to get your address for delivery.

When should I join to receive the current month's mail?
To receive the current month's mail, kindly join before the 20th of the month. Signups after the 20th will be included in the following month's mail.
When is mail dispatched?
Mail is dispatched on the 30th of every month.
How long does delivery take?
Within Kenya for both within and outside Nairobi: 1–2 days after dispatch.
International: 1–3 weeks after dispatch.

What if I want a one time Mail purchase for a specific month without subscribing?
Kindly check availability under Mail Catch Ups listings limited to stickers and art prints stocked as part of the shop’s catalog. Receiving Mail is something present as the letters are dated and monthly surprises curated to the specific months hence best experienced on a monthly basis. The subscription is the best way to guarantee access of the full Mail experience.
How does billing and cancellation work?
- Your subscription renews automatically each month.
- You can pause or cancel your membership anytime through your account.
- Changes made after billing apply to the next cycle.
What happens when I join after 20th of the current month?
You’ll receive for the next month as cutoff date to receive current month’s mail is before 20th.
