Order Processing
After payment of your order is received, your order will be dispatched within 1-3 business days for local deliveries, and 5-14 business days for international deliveries (excluding weekends and public holidays)
Kindly note that during high season i.e. back to school, festive season, new launches we may experience higher order volumes which could potentially lead to dispatch or shipping delays.
Kenya Shipping
Delivery timelines vary by location and are estimated to arrive 1–3 business days after dispatch. We dispatch orders everyday excluding Public Holidays.
International Shipping
International orders typically take 5–14 business days, depending on destination and customs processing. Please note that delivery timelines are estimates and may be affected by courier delays or customs clearance.
Kena ships all online orders via air freight, with shipping costs calculated based on the weight of your order and destination from courier rates.
We want your order to reach you smoothly and with joy.
For international deliveries, customs duties, taxes, or additional fees may be applied by your country upon arrival. These charges are not included in your order total and are the responsibility of the customer.
Kindly ensure that your shipping address is complete and accurate, including any apartment or building details to help avoid delays or extra charges from the courier.
If an order is returned to us due to refusal to pay customs duties or related fees, we’re unable to refund the shipping cost or any customs charges incurred.
Please note that international delivery timelines may occasionally be affected by customs processing or courier delays beyond our control. Kena is not responsible for delays that occur during international shipping.
Returns and Exchanges
We encourage you to select your items thoughtfully, as we’re unable to accept returns or exchanges for change of mind on online purchases.
Every Kena order is carefully packed with intention and so much care to ensure it arrives safely. If your item reaches you damaged or incorrect, please let us know within 48 hours of delivery by emailing hello@kenainc.com with your order details and with clear photos, we’ll take care of the matter as quickly as possible.
