Kena cannot be held responsible for delays or fees caused by customs processing or border regulations. Kindly be aware of any custom charges that may apply in your country before purchasing. If you refuse this charge, we will not be able to refund the shipping cost nor the customs charge. Kindly do make sure you are conversant with any charges before purchasing.
Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for ensuring that shipping details provided at checkout are complete and accurate. Address changes cannot be guaranteed once an order has been dispatched. However contact us immediately at hello@kenainc.com and we will do our best to assist if the order is not yet dispatched.
If an order is returned due to an incomplete address, unsuccessful delivery attempts, or refusal to pay customs charges, kindly note shipping costs will not be refunded.
